Please arrive 5 minutes before appointment. When entering salon use hand sanitizer and then fill out check in form. If you are sick, or tested positive for COVID-19 or have been around anyone sick with contagious illness please inform your service provider prior to your appointment.

SALON POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICES 

Thank you for choosing The Lash Studio LLC. We’re so happy to have you as a client. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies, which are designed to help us provide a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid payment method may be required to reserve your appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, adjust, or reschedule your appointment depending on availability. In some cases, the full service fee may still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments before booking.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us respect both your time and the time of other clients.

DEPOSITS

Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will always be applied toward your final service total.

Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that are not rescheduled within the required notice period.

REFUND POLICY 

Due to the nature of beauty services, all services, deposits, gift cards, and retail product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any concerns, please contact The Lash Studio LLC within 48 hours so we can review the issue and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.

Complimentary adjustments are offered at the discretion of The Lash Studio LLC and are not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to support you.

LASH EXTENSION, LASH LIFT, BROW LAMINATION WARRANTY 

We want your lashes and brows to look and feel their best for as long as possible. Complimentary touch-ups do not apply to normal shedding or issues caused by aftercare, including but not limited to:

● Natural lash shedding

● Improper aftercare

● Sleeping habits or friction

● Excessive rubbing or touching

● Exposure to oils or incompatible products

● Medications, illness, or hormonal changes

● Work performed by another salon

Following your aftercare instructions is the best way to maintain long-lasting results.

EXISTING LASH EXTENSIONS

If you arrive with lash extensions from another salon, a removal may be required before a new full set can be applied. Additional charges may apply depending on the time and work needed.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Your safety is very important to us. Please let us know before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, or eye conditions.

The Lash Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or adjust services if we believe a service may not be safe or appropriate for your health and well-being.

CHILDREN & GUESTS 

To ensure a calm and safe environment for all clients, only guests receiving services are permitted in treatment areas unless prior arrangements have been made.

We absolutely love children, however, for safety and space considerations, children under the age of 12 may not accompany you during your service. We are unable to provide childcare, and we want to ensure both your child’s safety and a relaxing experience for all guests.

Children who are present in permitted areas must be supervised at all times. If supervision cannot be maintained, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and applicable fees may apply.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful studio environment.

MOBILE PHONES 

To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that mobile devices be silenced in waiting area and during your appointment.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We may occasionally take photos or videos of services for documentation, training, or marketing purposes. Before and after photos are always taken as part of our service process.

No identifying information will ever be shared without your consent. If you prefer not to be photographed for marketing purposes, simply let your technician know before your service begins—we are happy to accommodate you.

ALLERGIES & REACTIONS

While we use professional-grade products and take great care in our services, allergic reactions or sensitivities can still occur.

By receiving services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that The Lash Studio LLC is not liable for reactions or complications that are not caused by negligence.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER 

Every client is unique, and results may vary based on natural lashes, skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, medications, and overall health.

Because of these factors, we cannot guarantee specific results, but we always strive to deliver the best possible outcome for each client.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time services are completed.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICES 

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff. The Lash Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, inappropriate, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior.

PERSONAL PROPERTY 

Please keep track of your personal belongings during your visit. The Lash Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lash Studio LLC’s liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update these policies from time to time to better serve our clients and business needs. The most current version will always be available in the studio and on our booking website.
